Valkurm Dunes

Hill Lizard camps

Target mobs:
Primary: Hill Lizard

  • Lizard
  • Not Aggro
  • Links by Sound
  • Weak against Ice
  • Weak against Wind

recommended:
The Zulkheim region outpost warp makes getting to this camp really easy. Set your homepoint at the gate guard by the zone to the Konschtat Highlands. You only lose about 250 exp from a homepoint. It's better than wasting 5 minutes weakened. Also, soloing from 11-13 can be better than this camp sometimes. People who bring PLs sometimes go to the Hill Lizard camp at E-7 instead of the two listed on the above map.

Party Exp Level 13-16/17[]

It is advised to set your homepoint in Selbina, so in the event of a death, the member can simply homepoint and quickly rejoin the party. Make sure your White Mage has Poisona for fighting flies.

The Valdeaunia region outpost warp makes getting to this camp really easy.

Preferred camp would be the final upwards ramp at (F/G-7) leading to the top of the Uleguerand Range. From there, you can pull from either the top or bottom part of the ramps, leading to plenty of kills.

Moving party route starts at the ramp camp (F/G-7) and clears the top part of the range. There are some rather large gaps in between mobs. (read more at Campsitarus)

Chocobo from sandy is the fastest way to get camp. Monk parties are moving parties, with a typical setup of MNK MNK MNK RDM WHM BRD. This isn't terribly flexible, although sometimes you can replace either the WHM or RDM with a fourth MNK if so desired. Bear in mind the consequences though- if you don't have a RDM, Juices/Yagudo Drinks are practically required. (read more at Campitarus)
